(Italiano) Entro il 28 agosto 2021, facendo seguito alle modifiche apportate al D.Lgs 152/2006 ed in particolare con l’inserimento del comma 7bis dell’art 271, i Gestori degli stabilimenti, che utilizzato sostanze di determinata pericolosità da cui hanno origine emissioni in atmosfera, devono presentare una Relazione all’Autorità Competente (Provincia / Città Metropolitana) nella quale si analizza la possibilità di sostituire le suddette sostanze.
