Dollmar Meccanica designs and produces washing plants working with water and detergents for the field of valves.
The pieces peculiarity (valve bodies, flanges, valves) and the variety of materials and size require specific cleaning solutions for every customer and products formulated and tested for this purpose. Finep continuos and discontinuos spray washing plants and conveyor systems allow to achieve high quality standard in cleaning as required. Through the surface treatment of the wash cycle, the pieces are in fact cleaned from oil and from machining residues both internally and externally. The washing plant designed for valves is accompanied by the supply of Dollclean detergents line.
The washing system designed specifically for the cleaning of valve bodies, for example, shows results not achievable with other types of washing through a proper combination of power and flow in the dimensioning of washing flow directed to the various ducts present on valve bodies.
Furthermore, a recirculation of the washing, inserted in a system of continuous filtration of the bath, allows the total certainty to perform the flushing of the ducts without the minimum and accidental intake of contaminants in suspension. The wash flows are alternated from the outside towards the inside of the valve body and vice versa through blading drills placed tangential to rotary joints. The spray nozzles are positioned and differentiated targeted with programmable interventions.
The loading and unloading of the pieces can take place through a selflearning robot which can operate in hidden time, reducing cycle times and improving productivity.
