<span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">production flow<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and logic<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">production<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">reducing<\/span> <span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">dramatically<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the distances<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that the product<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ran through<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the warehouse<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of raw materials<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">up<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to the style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The receiver<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">is one of the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">most complex parts<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from the point<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of view<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the finish<\/span>; <span class=\"hps\">made of steel<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">or<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">light alloy<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">has a<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">partly<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">glossy<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">finish <\/span><span class=\"hps\">obtained by mirror polishing and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a matte finish<\/span>\u00a0obtained by manual or semi-automatic sandblasting). <span class=\"hps\">Before the finishing stage<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">receiver is subjected<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to a grinding process with<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">organic oils<\/span>. <span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">Finish quality<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">depends a lot<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from the washing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the pieces<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">after grinding<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">since the oil<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">is condensed<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in some small<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">blind holes<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and it is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">important that it is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">perfectly<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">eliminated<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hps\"><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Dollmar Meccanica<\/strong><\/span><\/span> plant <span class=\"hps\">is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a<strong> washing system<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"hps\"><strong>combined spray and immersion using water and detergent<\/strong>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">The first phase<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the cycle is<\/span> <span
