It operates in the field of <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>mechanical and precision works<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\nThe group is made up of three societies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pe-Ma carries out mechanical and precision works for third parties specializing<br \/>\nmainly in articles coming from fusion and bar<\/li>\n<li>Pe-Ma supplies <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>complete design particulars<\/strong><\/span> through working of metals on CNC turns<\/li>\n<li>Unimetal, in Croatia, which carries out <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>burr work, polishing, painting and assembly.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>The problem to solve<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pe-Ma\u2019s clients of finished articles and semi-finished articles required that <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>the articles be supplied already washed.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe washing phase hence became a most important process because, on the one hand it constituted a true finishing process and on the other it was a propaedeutics phase until the client actually received the semi-finished pieces, ready for the following procedure.<br \/>\nThe washing phase previously used by Pe-Ma utilized a washing roundabout which did not, however, guarantee the level of quality and productivity required.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Dollmar Group\u2019s solution<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To fulfil the requests for <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>high quality and productivity<\/strong><\/span> during the washing phase, <strong><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\">Dollmar Meccanica<\/span><\/strong> supplied an automatic system that was able to increase both the production capacity and the productivity of the department.<br \/>\nThe new Finep washing system worked without the constant presence of a workforce and completed a constant cycle at all times: it worked <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>24 hours per day on three shifts<\/strong><\/span> and had a load autonomy of 45 minutes.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3699b5;\">Technical characteristics of the installed industrial washing machine:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>equipped with drawer that relocates the articles inside the washing cabin and <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>pliers<\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3699b5;\">that transferred the articles one by one to the drying oven<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>it carried out a hot spray washing phase of 15 seconds with detergent for the<\/li>\n<li>inter-operational washing in aqueous solution<\/li>\n<li>it carried out a blowing phase with compressed air<\/li>\n<li>it washed the pieces with maximum dimension of 160 mm diameter and 50 mm<\/li>\n<li>thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the washing phase the drawer returned to the external platform and pre-arranged the piece ready for the automatic unloading.
